After reading azstars last post I added a few more contacts and did a baterry pull and now all the contacts are gone except the ones I added when testing the first time.~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

Click on my saved contacts then click on add contact, fill out info (email required to use function)and save. Then it gives you a fast way to email a PS contact, just click a name from the list and it opens a new email to that contact.~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

I don't see what you're referring to when I go to My Saved Contacts. All I see is Reload, PM Users, Online, Offline.

Azstar I am running 4.5.0.110 on my 8120, tried both 4.2 and 4.6 ver and am having same issue, guess this one will take some fine tuning, maybe ? ??

    As per the lost contacts:

When I do a battery pull (except if bb is frozen) I always hold in the power key and turn off the device completely and then I continue to remove and replace the battery. (The SAFE way)

Is that the process you refer to? or as some users... who pull the battery out with the BB still powered on. (Which is the equivalent of plugging out the power from my PC while I type this message. )

If the latter, then that is prone to data loss and more over time. If the "safe" way then yes it's a bug.
