    Berry-a-Code

Saw in a thread that this was requested. It's a .rar file. I just recently joined, have found tons of useful programs and help here already, so it's my turn to give back to the community.

For those unaware, if you have this program and receive a call that isn't in your address book, it will tell you the city/state where the call is coming from. When installed and on, it will always be running in the background, but I have been running this program since December 2007 (when I first got my Curve) and it is perfectly fine.

Enjoy (and I really, really hope this post works the right way)

You're right about it going offline due to copyrights but if you have the original .cod file it works and nobody can do anything about it.

I was running it on my Storm OS 4.7 and it worked but I got rid of that piece of junk and I'm now running it on my 8330 OS 4.5.

Yeah, some carriers offer it as part of a service plan and you have to pay for it that's why Berry a Code went offline.

I don't think there are any free apps like Berry a Code around because of copyrights.

I've been running Berry a Code on every BB I've had since about '06 or '07 with no problems whatsoever.

Well, if you don't recognize the number then you at least know what city and state the call is coming from.

You'd be surprised at how many people find this extremely useful.

yea but it would of been good if they didnt go under lol apps that fail like that and dont come back with anything new should not be used ever after that.. u cant let something stop u from making your program u know and thats why i would not use this and the other is no need for me to see where they are callin from cause i know who has my number so

Berry a Code didn't fail or go under, it got shut down by carriers and their copyrights crap because they want people to pay for the service.
