For those of us that have BB Weather here is how you can have the weather for your city.

If you are in the United States then you can use your postal code, or visit the following site and put in your city and it will populate a code in which you will put into BB Weather.

If you are outside of the US you can visit the following link and it will populate the code for your area.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~thanks for the website! I was able to add a few non-us cities. Onequestion though: is there a way to make one of the cities default so when I open the app it goes to that city. It has automatically/randomly picked one and I couldn't find an option to change it. Thans for your help!

You need to set your APN under Options > Advanced > TCP. For T-Mobile it's wap.voicestream.com. You can do a simple search here and find out what the setting should be for your carrier.

I recently got into weather apps for my curve and BB Weather has turned into my favorite. My personal requests (if possible) would be a changing app icon like weatherEye (neato),and not having to scroll sideways to get all the info. I also don't like looking at clouds and thunderbolts each time I open it. It has a negative affect on my sunny disposition.

It took me a while to get BBweather installed and operating properly, but now it works flawlessly. I have set up hotkeys for Venice, CA (V) Los Angeles (L), Phoenix (P), Las Vegas (G), Yuma (Y), and San Diego (S).

Just hitting the respective key for a city, and then the space bar to alternate between current conditions and forecast, makes this app a winner for me.

    Any other tips?

EDIT: I have discovered that BB Weather uses the system font, so reducing the font size in options partially remedies the scrolling sideways problem. Too bad I have to stick with the larger size to comfortably see everything else on my BB.
