    Hello People,
    can anyone help me by telling me what to do??

    The problem is that, when i open my blackberry browser it gives me the following message "Your browser does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries" so asa matter of fact i am using opera 4 beta but the problem is that i cant download anything OTA..

    any help will be appreciated..

    it means that you don't have a data plan. Call your provider and add a data plan.

    thank you for ur replies..and yah i dnt have a data plan..and i dont think in my country i might get one..so is there any alternate way in which i can download OTA??

    What you need are called Service Books, and they can only be pushed down to the device from a BlackBerry Server (BIS or BES).
    Check this page, maybe you'll find a provider that can help. Note that the links on the page is to provider's download pages, most of which point to BlackBerry servers. Just use the names of the providers on the page.
