Back to black; need apps.

Hey everyone, today I sold my G1 (again) and I'm back to my 8900 (again).

It's been a good month or two and.. I'm missing my old apps! I've already downloaded Beejive IM and Google maps, but I know there were a bunch of other apps that I need to re-install..

For instance:
1. LED customizing app to choose which color the LED blinks for different alerts.

Ok I guess that's it. I'll be getting Viigo also.. but what else are must-have apps that have surfaced these past few months? What BIG news have I missed? I need to get back in the game! My Berry feels so.. lightweight!

If you download Blackberry App World, you can download them from there and probably find a few more that you might like

Thanks Debs! Buzzme will definitely be downloaded, but my search on Buzzberry keeps bringing up a blackberry massaging application! LOL.

Are you running OS 5 or 4.6?

Here's the thread about bbm 5. http://forums.pinstack.com/f8/the_new_blackberry_messenger_for_the_storm_and_other_devices_leaked-110893/

It's a long read now because alot of the links were being pulled... Use the Tour zip for the 8900 if you are on on 5.0. Copy and paste the cods into the java folder and then copy and paste the axl into the main folder of the OS you have on your computer, then run loader and it should upgrade.

QuickPull and Vlingo are absolutely great apps to have. PodCasts for downloading all your favorites for listening later. If you've got a Google Voice account, then there's a GV app now. Welcome back to the BB family.

Thank you both! I have BBM 5 installed and I'm about to install Vlingo and GV.. I hope BB GV is a little more polished than the Android one.
