I was reporting about B*Nator Remote Control in my CeBit thread and now there is a public avaluation available. B*Nator Remote Control is an application which allows you to control your BlackBerry from ANY PC using a web browser. You can see the screen of the device on request, move the ball to navigate and even type. Pretty useful for user help desk !

Goto http://remote.isec7.com/bnatorrc/ and register for a free test.

The client can installed OTA http://remote.isec7.com:80/bnatorrc/bnatorrcclient/bnatorrc.jad

    The documentation is available at
    http://remote.isec7.com:80/bnatorrc/docs/user.pdf
    http://remote.isec7.com:80/bnatorrc/docs/client.pdf

Please note that device firmware 4.3 is required !!! (available for Pearl 2 at the moment and for other device types in beta releases)

Feel free to ask me about this application, I´m having a pretty close connection to the developers.

Because the necessary API´s aren´t included in 4.2 (they are in 4.2.2 but that worked crappy....)

I have been looking for something like this, but unfortunately testing for this software is CLOSED.

Its not cheap either... They do per-seat licensing and last I checked it was $1995/seat. They may have updated pricing though...
