    Anybody heard of Spot software?

i found a file in my blackberry folder called Spot, I downloaded it into my pearl but i don't know what it's purpose is. it says: "the application spot is attempting to change device settings, would you like to allow this?" with the options of yes or no. if i hit yes nothing happens but when i hit no it gives me an "error on startup" log. then it just kicks me out to the home screen with no changes.

the vendor is skylab...(i already tried google,no luck).

anyhow i'm just curious if anyone has heard of this cause i'm sure i downloaded it for a reason.

i think i've heard of viruses for blackberries especially if you have an internet data plan, but i don't have one, i download everything through my pc. anyhow, so far my pearl hasn't acted funny in any way except for duplicating my t-zone icon for some reason, but that was before i downloaded this spot software.

It sounds really familiar, I think it may be a GPS app. But I'm not 100% sure.

When in doubt, pull the battery out.
