    Question Ani... Question about Licensing

    Ani,

I had a pearl that just died with a new empower html viewer license. I had to replace and was wondering if i could transfer over my license to my new device. I tried inputing it into the new one and it is locked by pin.

Can you assist me with transfering this over to my new bb. I tried pm you but your messages are full and you won't receive my message.

    Thanks.

Is it also possible you could make a scheme like beejive where you can unregister a device and then re-register a new one for cases like this.

    Thanks

It is both... TMO uses WiFi VOIP for at home calling. It is a call at home kind of service, but the phone will also be able to access the internet with a wifi connection just like a wireless laptop does.

    WiFi is WiFi!

Also on the question that was asked, I upgraded to a curve and just re-entered the same code they keygen gave me and it worked. Might want to try that.

Ani should be able to give you the link to get the code you were given again. I lost my email and Ani helped me out so you are in luck when Ani replies.

no dice on the new device. I tried the keygen again on the new device and it said the code has been entered on another device and that I should pay 10 bucks for a new license.

Ani can you help me out?

Apologies for the delayed response. To transfer license pls mail support@mobylo and mention them the new pin, and the emailid you registered with (in case you had a free license) or order no. if you have purchased a license.

I haven't used beejive, so i am not sure what they do in case the user doesn't has the old device. Can someone let me know - by way of PM or email.

We will work out a system for license mgmt by users themself. For the time email is the way to go.

    Thanks.
    Ani.

    Much appreciated!

Beejive has a section in the registered part with an option in the menu to "unregister the device" it will then go online and remove the device from your "license". You can then use the same serial number on the new device and hit register and it will take it. Very neat system for blackberry and seems to work well.
    Thanks

I have sent the email along, also with a request to change my email on the license. used a work one instead of a personal one.
