Have you tried deleting and reinstalling?
i have tmobile too and it said that for both aim and msn
Okay so I deleted aim. I then went to www.blackberry.com/aim it then said
Sorry, your device does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support AOL Instant Messenger for BlackBerry.
What do I do?
Look and see if it is available in your app loader if it is just check it there and install via desktop manager.
I opened the app loader via device manager. aim is not available. Whats next?

Rim then sent me service books and only 1 AOL service book was on my bb.
Still not able to sign on.
Check to see if you have both service books for aim=
AOL - BBM[BBIM] and AOL - BBM[KEYNEGO]
Get service books from thread below and you should be able to log in
I just downloaded the service books from the link posted by J@ricanese and they worked. what I did was:
1. download the service books
2. saved them in my blackberry backup's folder
3. opened dm
4. clicked on backup and restore
5. click on the aim service books file
6. restored the aim service books
==Now when you do get AIM running, check your buddylist to see if they're online. If yours is working then why is my buddylist all offline? I got a thread going below here, help with that, please.
