Re: 3rd party Weather App?

wunderground is good: http://mobile.wunderground.com/

wunderground has live radar and reliable forcasts too - I probably use it more than the BB although I do use both.

Also BB has a Weather - there are others.

What functionality are you looking for that the mobile websites of the various weather organizations don't provide? I use wap.wirelessaccuweather.com and it's pretty good, even has a good animated weather map.

I have Yahoo Go!, and the weather on that had been accurate.
It has YET to fail me.......but Yahoo Go! is best if you're a heavy Yahoo user like myself.

wunderground is free and so is BB. What does weatherbug have specifically that you need?

Have you tried Viigo's weather feed, yet? You can also enter key words ...not to mention, keep up with the stack's forums.

Re: 3rd party Weather App?

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~Bblight is an app where you can control the settings for the backlight, such as keeping it on while plugged up or setting certain times to come on or off. Bbtoday is an app where you can have one screen that shows time, date, messages, weather, stocks, appointments, and task. I believe most stackers on here has that one. I'm not sure about Bbcorrector I haven't used it, spell checker maybe?? I'm sure a fellow stacker will help you with that. Hope that helps!

Re: 3rd party Weather App?

yeah I agree with jblackfish wunderground is free and has radar. You also don't have to install a huge app that take up memory.

This is exactly what I use for my weather. I did previously use BBWeather, but like this option much more. Here's another vote for Weather Underground and a shortcut.
