On my BOLD 9000 on ATT runninf BES for company e-mail and BIS for personal e-mail.

How do I set the BB so that when I delete messages from Hotmail or Gmail or Yahoo Mail from the web or from Outlook, they get deleted from the BB? I have those e-mail accounts set to wirelessly reconcile and new messages come on the BB, I just can't get them off unless I manually delete them.

Thanks.

Selectively restoring files from my backup. Most of the items are greyed out with a warning beow...

Selectively restoring files from my backup. Most of the items are greyed out with a warning beow stating that items are wirelessly synched or backed up. Im on enterprise BES. After searching the web the latest information I could find was dated from 2008 early 2008 but still valid. I determined the following: These items are being backup and stored somewhere on enterprise server. The solution is to deleted the desktop Synch service book by going in the Device to options/advanced/ and "then By going back into service books and hitting the menu key and selecting "undelete." However, it's possible that if the device reboots you won't have the option to undelete. But, as I said, worst case is you reactivate on the BES."

Final piece of advice. I restored my profiles and was astounded to see no change to my custom profiles. I got an idea from the link below. Restoring and replacing could be overwriting a corrupt file. I rebooted my machine on the offchance that reboot would show the restored file. It worked. Alternatively do what link belowsays which is delete file from handheld and then restore. http://supportforums.blackberry.com/...B637FFF696092A
