What I think can be one of the most frustrating issues is when you're in an area of 'No Service'. Unfortunately, the area where I work is like a room within a room within a room. Everyone in this little microcosm complains of 'no signal' issues regardless of the carrier, and I often lose a signal while at my desk.

My BB is rendered useless in this environment because of where I'm located. It's hard to keep in contact when with friends and family when you can't receive calls and messages...
