A New Rant "It worked yesterday"

HI kids! OMG, I have heard this, I guess, one time to many. I hear it on Phone calls from customers at work and from people I do computer repair for. Telling a tech the last time something worked is one thing, and can be helpful. But just because it worked yesterday doesn't mean it will work today. Electronics Malfunction, Cars malfunction, and they are not likely to send you an email alert about an upcoming failure. At least not yet. no one ever does it when some one dies!!!! "Well he/she was alive yesterday!" Doesn't make much since does it? Well to me it doesn't in electronics either. OK Rant over
