Normally enterprise messages can only be displayed when you go into the messages folder on your BlackBerry. This can be quite a pain if you use BIS on the same device as they are in the same folder. This "Patch" creates a separate folder for your enterprise messages only.

Research In Motion hasn't made it easy for users to set a unique tones for specific users for either SMS or Email messages. Here is a work around which I discovered by playing around with profile exceptions approximately one year ago. I apologize as it might sound a little confusing right now but I will clarify later on as I continue to edit this tutorial and make it better as time goes on.
