Well, I decided it was time to participate in the blogs here at PinStack. Only one problem, it seems I can find nothing to blog about. Having been on this site less than 48 hrs. it is
more than amazing that I
have gotten completely
linked, blogged and info
tech taught directly to the
root of the problem I am
having with my 8820. The
start I've been given must
rival any other group on the
Web. This will not be for-
gotten and surely should be
repaid. My thanks to GaryF
who was first to respond and
all the others who donated

HI, I am a new joiner t the group and am totally hooked with GaryF blog.
Maybe, I can get some help for my problem:-
I have an 8320 and I am trying to get it connected to the BIS via WiFi. I don't the BB services from my service provider (ETISALAT) but want to use the BIS services via WiFi.
I have everything done as recommended by the book but I dont seem to have registered to BIS. Have followed the instruction:-
Option
Advance option
Host Routing Table
Register now
Have not received any response and am not able to receive any mail from gmail/emirates.net.ae/yahoo/blackberry etc.

Can you please help me. I dont want to take the BB services from the provider but want to use WiFi service and retrieve when WiFi available.
