Rule #32: Enjoy The Little Things

I know its been a real long time since I've blogged anything about my steps into financial success...

I know its been a real long time since I've blogged anything about my steps into financial success but I thought it was due time that I write some words for you guys to think about. I went to see Zombieland last night and there was something that really caught my eye. The main character: Jesse Eisenberg goes on this explanation about rule #32: Enjoy the little things. This made me reflect on what has been goin on in my life around me lately. In the last few months I've watched some of friends break up as a couple, few have filed bankruptcy and one of them is about to turn in their Lambo...(he must not be that bad off right?), and more and more of my friends are struggling with their financial obligations. Even on a personal scale I've moved out of my house and moved into a shared living situation to cut down on my monthly expenses. I've come to terms with it but its still a little heartbreaking.

With Thanksgiving around the corner I think maybe it is about time we take a moment to think about what we have now and rejoice in the fact that we have food on our tables, a place to sleep, and of course on our scale a smart phone to use. We have been living the last half of a decade with the social mentality of the want and need for material things. Even as we speak our minds are cranking with the idea of what our next phone might be, or can I afford to upgrade my car or maybe even taking that vacation that we really shouldn't be spending the money on. In taking steps to our financial freedom we sometimes need to take a step back to make sure the next few steps are on firm ground as we move forward.

With that I want to wish everyone a happy holiday season as it is right around the corner. Most importantly always remember there is no such thing as a dumb idea and at times they are what keeps our dreams alive. Ideas are what makes the world go round. Write that down....

I used my blackberry for about 8 months, feel good, but I hope can change a new style. However, sometimes I think the price is too high, I learnt some offers from some friends, they bought the phones very cheap.

I ask them about the blackberry,is it true with very cheap price? how about the quality?they say the quality is similar, maybe a little lower, but the price is very resonable, 7-9items lower, around 100USD then I can buy one blackberry and use.

I find this company www.ippletech.com, and I send some inquiries to them, I think will have the information soon!

When I have the information, I will share these with you and discuss it will be resonable or no

Web pages essentially comprise of content in terms of text and images. Now, in order to make this content accessible to online users, all these cheap webhosting need to be stored on a web server. The function of these web servers is to store tens to thousands of web sites and these in turn are connected through a high-speed Internet. When the user attempts to access these web pages, the browser connects to the web server that stores those pages and downloads it to their computer. So a web-hosting provider is a company that owns these web servers and thereby hosts your websites to be made accessible to users worldwide.

Hosting coupons blog is dedicated to providing regularly updated web hosting coupons, offers, deals, webhost discounts, hosting rebates and exclusive promotions from the phplinks web hosting companies - godaddy quick shopping cart, godaddy merchant accounts and godaddy fax thru email services

The web server computers are all housed in special buildings or sections of buildings called a data center. Apart from offering high-speed Internet connection services, these locations are set up and specially customized to ensure the optimum operational conditions and security for the web servers. These could include HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning) control, fire shielding, virus protection, data backup services, power backup facilities as well as even autonomy in case of any unforeseen technical errors or disasters. Another term for the web servers in the data center is a web farm.

The Past Few Months In Review....

Hello my fellow Stackers. not many of you all know me on a personal level. Some of you do, but I...

Hello my fellow Stackers. not many of you all know me on a personal level. Some of you do, but I try not to make it a habit to toss my personal affairs all over the place. But, I have to say, on a personal note, I have had nothing short of an absolutely life altering experience since I have become a member of Pinstack. For those of you who dont know, Chokem is my Dad. But, he hasnt always been a part of my life. I grew up in a very unstable environment as I know, unfortunately, happens all too often. I was adopted at birth, and never knew anything about my biological family. Extremely long story short, the people who raised me left me with serious emotional scars, that by the grace of God, I continue to heal from everyday. This year has been a year of major change for me. I chose to finally cut all ties with everyone in my adoptive family, which was very hard for me. I had to let go of some people whom I had grown up my whole life, viewing as family. It's amazing, though how God's timing is so incredibly perfect and His wisdom so infinte. I had been holding on to a toxic relationship for so long, in hopes that I might someday change my adoptive parents' point-of-view reguarding me. It was only when I finally made the choice to truly forgive and let go, that God began a wonderful work in my life. I joined pinstack in February of this year. which was the same month in which I severed all ties with my adoptive family. I began conversing with some people on Pinstack and joking about some things, and learning a lot about the world of Blackberry and Smartphones. But, there was one stacker in particular that continued to always offer constant advice and always seemed to have an answer for this newbie Blackberry user. His name is Chokem on the stacks. If you asked me could I remember the day or the conversation that led us to becoming BB messenger buddies, I would say I could not. What I do know, however.... without a doubt in my mind, God placed Chokem in my life at His Divine timing, in a role that I so desperately needed filled in my life. Since becoming friends with Chokem, it became quickly apparent that we had a bond that was just about instant. Just a couple days after talking, I told him that he was like a Dad to me. And from then on, he just fit into that role so naturally and for the first time in my life, have learned what it was like to have a Dad. Now, it seems really that he has been my Dad my whole life. May I also add in here, that it was not too long after Dad and I had been brought into each others' lives, I had been presented with the opportunity to search for my biological family. And funny thing, No one could find any factual information about my birth father anywhere in my files. I was so incredibly disappointed about this because I wanted my whole life just to be able to have a relationship with a good father. I remember as a little girl, and a teenager, literally praying and begging God to let me have a good Dad. I would ask God specifically that my real Dad have certain qualities. He would be kind, soft spoken, intelligent, love God, be non judgemental and tell me he loved me every day. He would be kind to other people and protect his family at all costs. The kind of man that would put everyone else's needs before his own and would always be there to listen. And I will tell you, Dad (Chokem) has not only lived up to every one of those expectations and has exceeded them as well. And, as sappy as it may sound, there has not been a day gone by that Dad has not told me he loved me, and to you, Dad, I sit, and tearfully say, from the bottom of my heart, Thank you for giving me that gift, and I love you back. His beautiful wife, Nancy has one of the sweetest smiles and laughter you will ever see or hear. I know this blog has nothing to do about Smartphones, but, it has everything to do with how Pinstack has changed my life. So, I just wanted to let everyone know how incredibly much I love my Dad, and how thankful I am to have had the opportunity to not only be a part of a community that shares the same hobby as me and has taught me so much about Smartphone Technology, but for the wonderful way my life has been changed since becoming a member. I love you, Dad.

Also, I would like to say, If there ever was a group of people with whom I have experienced such and overflowing of love and support, Pinstack would be it. I recently posted a prayer request in the networking forum of Pinstack and have been so moved at the responses that I received from that blog. Praise God! The Believers who have joined together and shared their support has been truly priceless to me and my family. And may I express, If you read this blog and you are not a believer in the Almighty God, then please message me. Because I would love the opportunity to share the Awesome Power of His love, grace, and salvation!!

In closing, there are a few more people I need to acknowledge that have enriched my life since being a member, just because you are listed here, does not mean you have affected me any less than any one other.

Azstar. For just quietly being there in my bbm, and saying just the right things at the right times. Thank you. God Bless You, and I hope His peace and love stays with you, Always.

If i didnt mention you, its not because i havent thought about you, but i dont think i can list all of you here. But, from the bottom of my heart, Thank you, Pinstack. Thank you to all the admins and mods that continue to make this website, IMO, the best there is on the web. My life is truly, truly changed because of you all. God Bless.
Unfortunately or fortunately depending on how you look at it I just haven't had the time because of work and life. Within the next month or two I will have a new device, Be it a Blackberry or some other smartphone and I plan to get back to posting my opinions and views on apps and whatever device I am using. Sorry I haven't been better about keeping this up to date.

The Apple iPhone Shows Travelers the Way

There is nothing worse than getting lost when you are
trying to go somewhere. It also can be embarrassing
having to stop and ask for directions.
But with the Apple iPhone you have the ability to find
out everything that you need right there on your cell
phone.
When you open the Maps application on your iPhone,
Wi-Fi networks and information from cell towers are
able to give your approximate location. Simply drop a
pin on the map and then move it to where you want to
go.
The amazing iPhone will give you directions, and it
can also give you interest points that are nearby. But
the iPhone doesn't stop there.
No longer do you have to turn on the radio to find out
what the current traffic conditions are. You can get
the information right there on your iPhone.
Along with the ability to view satellite images of
major street names, the Apple iPhone is right there to
help you find your way quickly and easily.
The Apple iPhone helps you save time and save face.
Instead of stopping to ask directions, you can get the
information that you need right there on your iPhone.
Not only that, but it can help you find landmarks and
other things that you might be interested in along the
way. It's like having a navigator right there with you
in your car, letting you know what you need to know
and getting you where you need to go.

Review: Case-Mate Smooth Case For BlackBerry 8900

Protecting your mobile phone has become essential in today's world; and with cases, pouches, and...

Protecting your mobile phone has become essential in today's world; and with cases, pouches, and gel skins in all shapes and colors, this really gives you the option to give your device a personal touch, as well as keeping your device as cosmetically up to par.
I received the Case-Mate Smooth case for the BlackBerry 8900 in the mail, and boy, was I excited to get my hands on the case. I have up until a couple days ago only used the standard sleeve that the 8900 comes with or just slipped it into my pocket. I have been looking for a case suitable for my device but I have so far have found nothing. When I opened the Case-Mate Smooth case packaging I noticed it's a 2 piece case that provides excellent protection. One piece slides on the top half the other snaps into the bottom half. Unlike most skins for the 8900 and other BlackBerry devices it’s not hard to take off either. The smooth case is not too bulky, and not too thin.
One of my concerns when putting on the case was how it would affect my texting and emailing ability. However, the Smooth case is thin enough where it doesn't affect your typing ability on this device whatsoever.
The case is designed perfectly. You can easily press the lock and mute key (at the top of the device), the volume buttons, charging port and convenience keys. They are all easily accessible. The Case-Mate Smooth case is an easy winner and beats out the Body glove shells and Gel Skins, hands down.

Below are pcitures of what the case looks like.
You can pick up these cases for your BlackBerry 8900 Curve at http://www.case-mate.com for a very nice price of 29.99$

How to copy music/videos from iPhone to PC and iTunes

I'd like to share my experience on how to copy music/video from iPhone to pc and iTunes library.
...

I'd like to share my experience on how to copy music/video from iPhone to pc and iTunes library.

Many iTunes users came across this problem: they could not directly copy music/videos from iPhone to pc desktop or laptop because iTunes is one-way transfer.

If you need to copy your iPhone music/videos back to your pc and iTunes, here is my experience. The good way is to use this iPhone to PC transfer software called Tansee iPhone Transfer. It enables iPhone users to transfer songs/videos from iPhone to computer in the simplest way.

Step-by-step - how to copy music/videos from iPhone to computer, see as follows:

Step 1: Free Download Tansee iPhone Transfer and then install it.
You also need iTunes above 7.3 installed.

Step 2: Connect iPhone to your computer.

Step 3: Launch Tansee iPhone Transfer, and all the contents of your iPhone including music and videos will be displayed automatically. See the following screenshot.

Step 4: Select the files that you want to transfer to your computer by clicking them. For selecting multi-files, please use Ctrl key. Right click or clicking "file" can select all songs/videos.
Note: you can only select first 5 songs if you haven't purchased the full version.

Step 5: Click "Copy" button on the bottom right side to set output path and start to transfer songs or videos to your computer.

Step 6: Add those songs/videos to your iTunes library.
Run iTunes, click "File", click "Add Files to Library..." or "Add Folder to Library..." , select the songs in the folder on your PC.
Or simply run iTunes, Drag your files in the folder to your iTunes music Library.

Done. Now all songs and videos are copied to your pc folder and iTunes, and you can sync your iPhone smoothly again without deleting any files.
